Building a QuickWire Factory

Today’s mission: Get rich on quickwire. The plan was simple—set up a factory pumping out almost 600 quickwire per minute. Execution? Well, let’s say it wasn’t without its quirks, but after about an hour of heavy lifting, I had a beauty of a setup humming along. Here’s how it all went down.

Step 1: The Caterium Node

First up, I scouted out a caterium ore node tucked away on a small island. This was gonna be the backbone of the operation.

Step 2: Foundation Island

Can’t build a beast without a solid base, so I laid down a massive foundation area. Think of a floating industrial dance floor. I wanted enough room to stretch out and keep things tidy.

Step 3: Mining Setup

The miner needed to sit on its own little island, away from the main platform. It gave me a nice excuse to slap down a conveyor bridge over the water. The MK2 Miner cranked out 480 ore per minute.

Step 4: Smelters and Constructors

Here’s where the magic happened. Six smelters took that juicy ore and melted it down into caterium ingots. Those ingots fed directly into six constructors, each set to churn out quickwire like their virtual lives depended on it. With proper balancing, I hit just under 600 quickwire per minute—smooth as butter.

Step 5: Logistics Hub

Every factory needs its logistics. I hooked up a Dimensional Depot to store the goods, an Awesome Sink for any overflow, and—of course—a train station to haul the final product off to the next hub. The train tracks looked sleek, winding their way off into the distance.

Step 6: The Finishing Touches

You can’t just leave a factory looking like a random pile of machines. I slapped on some decorations, built a proper roof, and added lights to give it that high-tech vibe. The glow at night? Chef’s kiss.

The Final Look

Picture this: The factory is perched on a sprawling foundation, glimmering in the sun. Conveyor belts snake from the miner across a small bridge, feeding directly into the smelters. The smelters line one side in perfect symmetry, spitting out molten ingots into the constructors, which are all humming with purpose. A sleek train station anchors the far end, while the Depot and Awesome Sink sit neatly off to the side, ready for action. The whole setup is capped with a clean roof and industrial lighting that gives it a futuristic, efficient feel.

In the end, it was an hour well spent. The factory is a shining monument to quickwire domination. Now, on to the next project!
